Error loading "xsd" - unable to parse root element

Hi,

I am trying to create a document type using xsd file, but getting the error “unable to parse root element”.

Please help.

We received the same error loading a DTD file to create a document. We were not able to find any work arounds to the problem. Upgrading to 7.1.2 resolved the issue.
