Error in MWS

Hi All,

In My webMethods Server inside Application->Monitor->Integration->Service I am getting below shown error.

[ISS.0088.9134] Exception occurred while processing the body of the message

I am using 9.8 version of MWS.

Please help me to resolve the issue.

I have attached the screen shot.

Hi Rahul,

please provide more details about your environment.

Is the IS configured under Administration → My webMethodes → Servers?
Is the IS configured to the proper audit database schemas?
Is the Monitor package configrued to the MWS?
Is the SAML-URL in the IntegrationServer configured to the MWS?
Is the Central Users Pool configured to the proper MWS database schema?

Are there any detailed error messages in the IS server.log or the MWS full.log which might provide a hint what ks going wrong.

Was this working earlier on this instance or is this a fresh installation?
When it was working earlier, what has been changed?
Where there any Fixes applied?

Thank you for the reply, I am gathering all the information, I am new to webMethods suites and doing exercise as per 611-69E-EG document, will try to reply ASAP. .
