[Error] Blank WSDL

Does it mean that now it works?

What about accessing the other pages from the home page of empower.softwareag.com? For example: View Product Info or eService? The GUI there looks ok?

Otherwise pls try a different browser (IE or Mozilla) just to identify if this is an issue or not.
Can you access this link https://empower.softwareag.com/KnowledgeCenter/Product_Fixes/FixExplorer/default.asp? If not, what error message do you see or you get redirected?

Bad news, I checked at IS_9.6_Core_Fix4 - IS_9.6_Core_Fix4 - 1/6/2015

HI all,
I found something new, I look for log/Error and see that:
2015-02-13 16:46:28 ICT
[ISS.0088.9172] Web service cannot be found for endpoint reference (EPR) = /ws/MBBPMLoanInd.Inbound.Service.WebService.Provider:getCollateralList

getCollateralList is service has blank wsdl.

Hi all,
Today, Our server need restart, and after restart, this issue appears. I checked log, and see:

2015-03-13 13:38:02 ICT [ISS.0028.0005I] Loading MyPackageName1 package
2015-03-13 13:38:02 ICT [ISS.0141.9998E] Exception --> [ISS.0141.9208] Could not deploy the Web service descriptor MyPackageName .ISD2.Inbound.Service.WebService.Provider:openAccount. Cause: [ISC.0081.9181] Cannot find document type MyPackageName2.path.to.service:openAccount needed to generate WSDL

So, I think I found out the root cause of this issue.
I configured dependency package for MyPackageName1 to fix this issue.

Yes that’s the bottom line resolution for WSDL null exception issue!
