Tamino : INS3113 and INS3117

Hi All,
Has anyone come accross the following problem:
Error -90 (XTS0090E: XTS Single Thread not supported) while starting XTSDS
This error occurred upon executing the following:
sagxts start
Installation went fine. All other services run fine upon executing the scripts (sagarg, sagargml, sagargev).
We have tried to install and reinstall Tamino about 3 times with the same problem.
