Entire Connection API in Windows 7?

I see in the Readme.txt file for EC 4.5.2 that the API is not supported for Windows Vista. Does it get any better in Windows 7?

Is 4.5.2 the latest release, and if so, are there plans for a new version?

Thanks for any thoughts.

There is no notice in the readme of Entire Connection 4.5.2, that the API is not supported in vista. The API is supported for all platforms.
