Detailed explanation of the problem:
We have an artifactory that we configure as proxy to download artifacts/containers that we normally can’t, due to firewall restrictions. We configured artifactory to download images from containers.softwareag.com. When we configured this, we were able to download images first day but it suddenly stopped working later. These images were downloaded to artifactory and cached there and they are still downloadable. However, when I try to download a new image that we don’t have image ready, it doesn’t download anymore. We have been trying to fix it with platform engineering team but so far we couldn’t find out why we can’t download images this way.
Platform engineering teem is suspecting something has changed on SAG container repo, and they asked me to create a ticket, however there isn’t any related product in empower, so I am not sure what I should choose as product.
