Difference between "Consuming webservice in webmethods 6.5 and webmethods 7.1"?

Can some one tell me the difference between consuming webservice in 6.5 and 7.1???

6.5

Here we will create a webservice connector to consume a existing webservice by giving input a WSDL. And then use this webservice connector in our flow.

7.1

Here rather than creating webservice connector you will be creating a consumer WSD(webservice Descriptor) by giving input a WSDL. This will automatically creates a folder in which it creates a connector and supporting documents. Then you can use this webservice connector in your flow.

In 6.5 there is no concept called Provider and consumer WebService Descriptor.
