Designer is not responding

Hi All,

I have Installed wM 9.8 free version and installed fine. but if I open the designer and trying to create any flow service or even creating folders also not happening… every time designer is getting stucked and not responding.

Below is my system configuration:
i7 processor, 8 GB RAM, 500 GB Hard disk and OS is WIN8.1.

I don’t think its the problem with hardware, may be compatibility issue with WIN8.1. Please help me to get this resolved and because of this issue I am not able to create/work on anything.

I do not think its the problem with OS as wM 9.8 will work like a charm on Windows 8.x versions I have it installed for many users and they do not have any issues.

You may try to re-install the webMethods and select the components that you need for your working. I see you have selected all the components that comes as part of the free trial. Installing all the components may consume memory and makes your designer slow.

Let me know if you still have issues.

additionally you can look for errors (if any) in .log file of your eclipse workspace.

i have installed and used designer on 8.1 and as mahesh said it works just fine.
