we are using addEvent optimize API flow service to publish data

  1. defined dimensions and Facts
  2. added hierarchy
  3. did event mapping
  4. added KPI with a Hierarchy

unable to see data for the above defined KPI in …
if no hierarchy is selected while defining KPI, we are able to see data
e.g.

Product - Dimension
Region - Dimension
SalesAmount - Fact

KPI is sum of , Sales Amount
Hierarchy is Sales By Region By Product

also Is there any way to see KPI Data in a chart form , PIE chart would be best.
