I have received P&S data on Meshlium and now I am trying to send the data on Cumulocity Platform. I am not able to register my Meshlium device on Cumulocity platform. Can you please help me with the ip address, port ,username and password to be filled on Manager System page of Meshlium and also how to connect my device on Cumulocity and what is the device id which needs to be filled there.

those values depend on the tenant you use. Please browse our documentation and you will find a page on how to register a Meshlium device.
