CONNX unable to connect to license server 182.168.1.118
We are trying to connect to VAX application from LMC application using CONNX tool. We have installed CONNX on the same server as it is required to be installed on the same machine where LMC application is hosted. While connecting to VAX system from CONNX for security check like authenticating user credentials we are getting error as unable to connect to license server 182.168.1.118 with Host Unreachable message. Also, we tried to ping the mentioned license server in the CONNX installation guide and getting request time out error. Please assist to resolve the issue related to CONNX as it is impacting business deliverables. Attaching the error screen shot, Installation steps screen shot for reference.
