Coded CharSet ID

Hello experts,

We have an issue with the codedcharset (CCSID) and its as following:

The message was PUT by the C# code on the MQ queue and when wM was trying to retrieve the message from the queue using GET Adapter service (with CCSID: CP 437 configured in the Connection settings of the ADMIN console), the message was not being retrieved properly and moreover with a reason code: 2110 and even the msg was NULL.

When contacted the MQ queue folks, they explained that the “Message CONVERSION” property in the GET Service should be turned OFF. but didnt find any option in the GET service to do that.

So, was wondering if anyone can help on this. We really need to get this issue resolved soon.
