I have not been able to install the download. I have checked each of the hardware requirements and I think I have met all of them. My OS is Vista Home Premium SP2. I moved the downloaded folder to C:\Natural… When I enter the location of the XML license file on the Customer Information screen I immediately receive the message “This license file is not for your operating system!” Does anyone have any advice on what I am doing wrong?
