Cannot send IDoc ZMBGMCR03 to SAP system with System ID xxxx. Need help urgently

[INDENT]Hi All,

We are facing an issue while sending IDocs to SAP System. I am getting the below error:

Error: [ART.117.4002] Adapter Runtime (Adapter Service): Unable to invoke adapter service pub.sap.transport.ALE:OutboundProcess.
[SAP.105.9212] WmSAP Adapter: The IDoc meta data for “” is not available on repository “xxxx”.

I am able to look up the IDoc and also I am able to create IDoc structure using wm.sap.Dev:createIDocDocumentType.

But facing issue while sending the IDoc. I have googled a lot on this issue but couldn’t find any solution.

I am really not sure whats the cause for the issue.

We are using WM IS 7.1.3, SAP Adapter Version 6.5.0.1.633.
Updates: WmSAP_6-5-0_SP1,SAP_6.5_SP1_Fix20

Thanks in advance,

Did you check this with your BASIS team also and also make sure you are sending all IDOC control record data as expected by SAP system.

This requires internal troubleshoot source/target IDOC data/configuration etc…

HTH,
RMG

Thanks RMG. The issue was resolved after talking to Basis team.
