I was not able to find much information about working with Business Console.
I would like to know, besides what’s provided in the technical documentation, if anyone had an experience with business users working with tasks in Business Console instead of MWS.
Did the Business Console proved effective?
Would you suggest to replace the usage of MWS with it, at least from a business user point of view?
