How can I assign a task to another user which is already assigned to one ? Also, the newly assigned user have to get the power to complete that task. Can anyone help me to do this.
Each of these users may belongs to different roles.

it( what is that task?)
I will explain the problem. I have some users and some roles assigned to it. When a task is created , it is assigned to one role. and if the head of that role accepts that task, it will go to another role. This section working fine for me. and now, I want to assign some representatives to these users. Some how, if these people failed to accept the task assigned in the specified date, these task will be visibe to these repersentatives. and they can have the same power as the user.
I want to put a button near to the representative list. while clicking on that button, I want to show his task inbox there. For that, I want to call another portlet. can you please give me a suggestion, how I can call anoter portlet.
