I had a problem with the ApplicationResources files. I have two ApplicationResources file, one default and one for slovakian language. The name of the slovakian file was AppResources_sk.properties and each time I have made a deployment of the application a file called AppResources_SK.properties was created. After making some investigations I have discovered that the properties were taken for the file AppResources_SK.properties.
What might be the cause for which the properties are taken only from the file with the name with upper SK?
Perhaps in your portlet configuration you specified the locale as ‘SK’? Please see the attached example that I just build that seems to work fine with ‘sk’.
