API Gateway used and version/fix version 10.15 *The API Gateway cannot be accessed as it will return server unreachable. We already tried restart the service and increase Maximum heap size from 2GB to 4GB but nothing works (Note: our cloud spec 8GB of memory)* [sag serror]

Can you reach the server using CLI ? (telnet API_gateway_server_ip port)
