Hi Kelly,

You have added LB for https and you didn’t select HTTPS in Policy → Transport → Enable HTTP / HTTPS.

Option 1: Add LB for HTTP protocol
Option 2: Enable HTTPS protocol in Policy → Transport → Enable HTTP / HTTPS
