Any example of how to use USR1058N?

Could someone help me with an example to use USR1058N.
I require to know the fields of a particular DDM just by entering the name of the DDM

You can see the fields with the Natural command
List View view-name
I don’t know why you would want to do this programmatically with USR1058N, but a working example is program USR1058P in library SYSEXT.

I need to obtain from a DDM the list of fields (Names, size and format).

I don’t have access to see the SYSEXT samples.
