I am looking for a software.It is going to be used as a document production tool and other tasks like customer handling, scheduling etc. I am hopeful that other members will suggest any good tool or workflow management software for our small size company of 25-45 employees.
What I need is something that allows the user to include several fields for every file submitted to the system. Like date submitted, submittee, type of document, plus about 10 other fields.
Any help will be appreciated.
