add or manipulate comments in IS services

I want to add a standard comment to all IS services which have an empty comment tab.
I know how to find those services but how can I add or change the comment tab via a service ?

Any suggestion would be helpful

One way is to update each node.ndf files tag

That works fine, thanks for the help.

There is only one problem left. I can’t see the comments until I reload the whole package.
Is there a possibility to make the changings in the node-file visible without reloading the package
