Hi guys, let’s say I’m “moving” (as in the topic’s title) an Adabas file from one DB to another; may I assume the resulting file (basically, the copy of the original one, right?) would keep the same ISNs? Did not find anything about it on the Utility Manual, sorry
Yes, the ISNs are maintained. The ISN is found at the beginning of each record. ADASAV does not change them.
