Adapters, Global Configuration and Schedulers

Hi Fellows,

So the Adapters, Global Configuration and Schedulers are very specific to the given environment, once you roll up the packages to the next environment say from Dev Environment to SIT Environment then potentially, we will have different DBs, global configurations and schedulers timing and intervals.

I am new to webMethods, all I can see is the IS admin UI to create/update Adapters, configurations etc. But would it be more automated to support these as property or configurations files and during the build/deploy process you simply switch the property or configurations files based on the environment you have been selected.

Please guide if there is any mechanism already exists in webMethods, so to avoid any Manual activities.
