adapter Notification with MySQL 5.1

Hi Everybody.

any body experiences with adapter notification using MySQL database?
i tried to create insert notification, and i found the error:

com.webMethods.developer.adapter.metadata.AdapterMetadataException: com.wm.app.b2b.server.ServiceException: [ART.114.243] Adapter Runtime (Metadata): Failed to run notificationLookupValues service. Details provided in error log.
[ART.118.5053] Adapter Runtime (Connection): Unable to get a connection to resource WmSis.Adapter:mysqlConnection.
Pool state error in WmSis.Adapter:mysqlConnection. Cannot process resquest.
on notifyConfig.expName [Ljava.lang.String;@132fc5f

here is the detail configuration:

how do i resolve the problem?
