We do not have a database, which tells us which product features are used by which customers.
However the number of entries in our support database (Sagsis and Vantive) clearly indicate that the feature is now in use for many years in production by quite a few customers.
Also a quick check on the SAG_L archive

with the keyword triggers brings up a lot of entries.
It is quite popular with US Adabas customers.
Many used it to solve Y2K issues.
I agree with Rainer. We also had a least a couple of customers that used in Y2K projects.
