Adabas File & Database Backup & Restore

I need to take the back up of some Adabas files from Prod region and store these backup in test region for my testing purpose. Can you please let me know the JCLs for taking back up of specific Adabas file into dataset and restoring the dataset into Adabas file. Also if I want to take backup if entire database for DBID 999 what could be the JCL for storing and restoring the same?

Please let me know the precautions required for this.

Precautions: make sure you are properly trained in Adabas utilities.
