Active Transfer UI : can we have direct link to a transferId transaction logs?

Hello team,

My customer is wM Active Transfer on-prem, V10.5.

They are using wM Active transfer with an ITSM application to automatically open tickets when there is a transfer anomaly. At the end of each transfer, wM AT is sending TransactionID and status to ITSM.

They would like to improve what they did : in the ITSM application, when a ticket is created, they would like to display to the Run manager a URL to wM AT Transaction Log User Interface and directly display information for this transaction Id

Anyone knows how to do it ? We didn’t find anything in the documentation about that.

This is not possible as of now. We had asked to raise a feature request for this.
