Acess denied error in IS

I installed 9.5 instance and created a user with Administrator role , when tried to login with new user ID , not able to see JDBC adapter page showing ,when tryied to click metadata tab on admin page .the ACl are same as in my 8.2 IS

“Error encountered [ISS.0084.9004] Access Denied”
Access Denied. User test1 does not have permissions to invoke service:wm.art.admin:getAdapterTypeOnlineHelp
Access Denied. User test1 does not have permissions to invoke service:wm.art.admin:retrieveAdapterTypeData
Access Denied. User test1 does not have permissions to invoke service:wm.art.admin:getAdapterTypeOnlineHelp

Hello,
Make sure after you have created the user1, select the user1 under the select user drop down and move the Adminsitrator group. Save changes and you must be able to access all the menus on IS.

Is the newly created user working?

Not sure why it is not working even after adding the Admin group.

did you try restarting the IS ?

Is this problem solved?

Are you able to access other pages in the IS Administrator GUI or the access issue you are facing is for the JDBC adapter only?

The problem is resolved.

The issue is with roles assigned to user.
