after install webMethods developer4.6 ,run developer4.6 ,which need username and password.

It’s the username/password for the Integration Server that you’re connecting to. Note that the login screen also has the server and port right above the username and password. The defaults are Administrator/manage, but those might have been changed by the administrator of the Integration Server.
