400 Bad Request while accessing Error and Security logs in Admin page

In Admin page seeing below error after clicking Error and Security logs. webMethods version is 10.15.

Http failure response for https://localhost:5555/admin/log/error?pageNumber=0&pageSize=20&sortColumn=auditTimestamp&descending=true&numLines=65535&startDate=2023-10-09%2001:20:08&endDate=2023-10-09%2002:20:08: 400 Bad Request

We do see following error in server log and not sure if it is related to above error. Please help if you come across this issue?
