Customer sends 3A4 purchase order request with Attachments successfully

We sent Tec Ack for 3A4 purchase order Request Successfully

Processed the attachment successfully

We sent 3A4 Confirmation successfully.

Our customer is able to receive this 3A4 confirmation but could not processes successfully because the following tag present in Service header of the message
