Unable to connect to FTP?

I attempt to access FTP, but I’m encountering an error.

Hello Kranthi,

Have your tried with other tools such as Filezila to connect to FTP.
If not please do so and same credentials should work in webM.io too.

Hello @kranshi123 ,

Can you make sure that your details are correct , while configuring the account.
If it is not working with FIlezila then you should find the correct FTP details.

Connection refused typically means you’ve reached a server, but it is not listening on that port.

127.0.0.1 is the localhost. I suspect the webmethod.io does not provide an FTP server.

Without sharing sensitive information, can you share more about the server you’re attempting to connect?

I would also suggest that unless the data being planned for exchange via FTP is not important to not use FTP? It is not secure in any way.
