Hi All,

I Installed and tried to understand all the concepts of UM.
I went through the documents available in SAG site. but I couldn’t find the steps to create G/w ( zone to zone) connectivity and Federation.
anyone please help me and share the details about

  1. how to create zone to zone ( steps)
  2. Federation

You will find the detailed steps in “9-12_Universal_Messaging_Administration_Guide.pdf”

You can use UM EM to create zones, federations, cluster.
