xml data not being passed

Hello everyone, I recently transport a web service package from our QA to prod box. Now what is happening is that out client is connecting but no data is being transferred the xml string that they sending is coming across blank. In dev and qa we had no issues, I did create the webserivce with an existing clients as they are the same client but diff streams of business. Two things I am thinking is maybe the target name space has the name of my dev server in the wsdl and also the web developer flow. Or do you all think we need a prod server re boot
