What are the differences between work flow and process flow? What are the appropriate wm tools for workflow and process flow?

Process Flow is used to create Business Process with Manual and Auto steps involved. Workflow is a Manual Step which needs a human intervention.
For Process flow Tool would be Wm Modeler. For Workflow its WF Server, WF Client, WF Designer.
