Normally it comes wiht part of your 9.5 licensing and installer which is under the Monitor tree.
Isn’t that not showing up when you initially installed your 9.5 components?

the package is part of the Component TaskEngine and you need to be licensed for that (RMG is right here.)
The TaskEngine itself is a Subsystem inside the MWS.
The TaskClient-Package should be listed under IntegrationServer when available.

You must find this package whilst during installation (if you select Task Engine under Integration Server) but anyways find the attached
