Hello,

I started getting the below error after installing the latest fix levels for IS 9.12, IS_9.12_Core_Fix9
IS_9.12_SPM_Fix2
TNS_9.12_Fix5

Let me know how to resolve this issue without uninstalling the fix levels.

Resolution:

Module tncore.jar is wrong because it is corrupted or because of partial fix run.

Suggested to delete tncore.jar from every path and to let only this:
.…\IntegrationServer\instances\default\packages\WmTN\code\jars\static\tncore

I have gone through the KB article and followed the steps as mentioned. After restart, you will get the below error:

at com.softwareag.app.tn.eda.processors.EDAEventSubscriptionRegistry$4.(EDAEventSubscriptionRegistry.java:117)
at com.softwareag.app.tn.eda.processors.EDAEventSubscriptionRegistry.(EDAEventSubscriptionRegistry.java:113)
at com.softwareag.app.tn.eda.processors.ERFProcessorRegistrar.action(ERFProcessorRegistrar.java:47)
at com.softwareag.app.tn.eda.processors.ERFProcessorRegistrar.registerEventProcessors(ERFProcessorRegistrar.java:77)

In order to fix the error, you have to delete the cachedata and metadata of SoftwareAG.IS.TN. Restart the IS.
