We have recently installed the WM7.0 platform into our environment and we are currently receiving the following errors in our MWS and optimize logs:

We have set up the necessary connection pools for BAM and we are able to manually connect to the DB without any issues. We have additionally tried to adjust the minimum connection pool size to 0 in addition to restarting the DB and all the WM components, however this error appears about every 35 minutes after inactivity. We do not appear to have any network issues as we’ve checked with our Network staff. Does anyone have any experience with this issue, in addition to any possible solution?
