When do we get the below error for a reload of the WmBusinessRules package on IS 9.9?
[RUL.0050.0499E] an exception occurred while accessing the BusinessRules database: Can’t find resource for bundle java.util.PropertyResourceBundle, key 0501
What is missing? The DB Configurator has been run and tables related to BR are created and IS is restarted.
