Why doesn’t my ‘Cisco Webex Teams Bot - New Message ’ trigger work despite having the same settings as ‘Cisco Webex Teams - New Message’ trigger?

Hi Vidyesh,

‘Cisco Webex Teams Bot - New Message’ trigger will work only if the bot name is mentioned in the incoming message. All the actions/triggers of Cisco Webex Teams Bot are specific to the bot you have configured for your account. For instance, the ‘Post New Message’ action posts a message through the bot and the ‘Get Spaces’ action retrieves the details of only those spaces to which the bot has access.
