Why cant I save a profile

OK I figured it out. If you have a processing rule set to handle all documents for any sender and receiver, this will cause the saving of profiles to fail because it will invoke the processing rule and of course fail.

This occurred to me because I deleted a profile for a partner but I still had the rules defined. Deleting the partner changed the processing rules to handle all documents. This is what caused the issue…


Make sure the user has enough privileges in the TNConsole to delete/edit any of profile information.


I have checked out the user permissions. usr has both delete/edit privilages.
