what is best approch for applying the fix and migration

Hi Guys,

could any one tell me, what is the best approach to apply the latest fix after installation.

Approach 1:
install webMethods 10.1
Apply Latest fix
migrate the server using side by side.

Approach 2.
Install the webMethods 10.1
migrate the server using side by side
apply the latest fix

Its is a new installation without any code running on it, install the latest available fixes from empower, if you have some integration running it will not suggest you to install the fixes just like that but install them when need arises, say any product bugs/issues found during the dev/testing phase, any memory leaks or security issues.
