[WebSDK] Disable the edit button on a custom widget

Hi

I have a custom widget; some users should be allowed to open the configuration panel while some other users should have only read permission on the widget. Therefore, is it possible to disable the gear button on the widget ? and to do so based on user role?

Hi Melanie,

There is no option to limit this for specific widgets. You could remove inventory admin permissions for these users so they would not be able to edit the whole dashboard, if that is an option for you.
