If I understand correctly integration created using webMethods AI will not be in the form of existing workflows? If I have a workflow created in webMethods.io can it be used with webMethods AI?

Yes, your understanding is correct. Only the existing workflows created by webMethods AI can be modified using the same conversational AI. A user can go into each workflow’s conversation history and simply ask the AI to modify by explaining the change in the business requirements. However, workflow flows that have been previously created in webMethods.io prior to getting access to webMethods AI can’t currently be modified or edited via the webMethods AI capabilities but it may be considered in the future release.
