How do I get ahold of a web dav that I created on IS:

In general I want to be able to allow a user to web dav upload a file - and i got that working with above tutorial but then i need to surround it with a description of file - maybe a prompt as part of file. How do I create a IS listener around this mws service - say the service has alias of webdav_X or is there a better way to do this? Thanks
