Thanks for getting back on this.

So are you saying jsch-0.1.37.jar will work on IS8.2.2 with Java Version 1.6.0 (50.0) once loaded to IS/lib/jars folder and restart IS?

Does it also everything works on IS 7.1.2 once loaded to IS/lib/jars?

  1. exactly 8.2.1, Java6 that supported by SAG.
  2. 7.1.3 does not need jar upload.

But on 7.1.2 it doesn’t work as expected…it’s some how locking the sFTP account on the remote site when ever I try login service etc…very weird: :frowning:

So my question is do I need to load that jsch jar file to IS/lib/jars and try?

i’m not sure, but if you have test environment.
i think try is better.
