View document information from MWS

Hello,
we are on webMethods version 9.12 - Linux

Co-workers with zero webMethods knowledge are constantly inquiring with our webMethods team on needing document information that we have stored in myWebmethods/MWS. Upper management has issue with giving them access to MWS, so giving them logon information is not an option.

Curious if someone may have built something in webMethods designer that can interact with MWS, so that someone can invoke some service (maybe web service), which can retrieve information from MWS and return it back to the caller. Is that possible? Any tips? DSP page?

Why not provide them a read/view only on MWS? By doing this they can only view docs and cannot edit/delete them.

Create the required roles and add them to the user. Refer MWS administration guide.
