Hi,
Is there a way to use “SCAN” on bash script?
If yes, can post me an example, please.
Can other Natural utilites can be used in script such as “sysmain”?

Unix utilities such as grep and find.
For Natural utilities, in your script you provide parameters to CMSYNIN, just as you did on the mainframe.
I refferd to SCAN in natural, to run in in a script
It was the word “on” that confused me. Sorry.
Looking at the documentation of System Commands, one sees: SCAN “This command is not executable in batch mode.”
Hi,
Thanks.
