Urgent! Unable to restart IS

We are unable to restart the IS.

The trace:
app.b2b.server.ServiceException: Failed to remove the expired entries from the document history table. See server log for details. com.wm.app.b2b.server.ServiceException: Failed to remove the expired entries from the document history table. See server log for details.
at wm.server.dispatcher.deleteExpiredUUID(dispatcher.java:584)

Juste before having this problem, some huge files caused corruption (lack of space)…

How can we restart the server now?

Try the following (under IntegrationServer directory)…

  1. Delete the files under datastore
  2. Delete the files under XAStore
  3. Delete the files under DocumentStore
  4. Delete the files under WmRepository
  5. Take the backup of the dispatch.cnf under IntegrationServer/config directory.
  6. Try restarting.
